CDA was launched in 2002 as a division within our current holding company O’Keeffe and Swartz Consultants. As a result of the unique offering that we presented to the market, we rapidly expanded, which led to CDA becoming an independent business entity in 2006.

Our team consists of passionate, driven individuals focused on achieving the best possible results for each one of our clients and we pride ourselves in making it easy for our clients to work with us.

CDA was born as an administrator however through years of experience and development we have expanded our services to ensure the optimisation of our clients' annuity or premium income. We offer end-to-end direct marketing solutions within the financial services industry, everything from data analytics, combined with multichannel direct marketing sales and communication solutions through to full administration services, which makes us unique in the market.

We understand our clients’ all face various challenges and we strive to develop bespoke solutions for each one of our customers, leveraging on our strong partnerships and relationships within the financial sector (a statement which can be backed up by the testimonials found on our website). As we endeavor to develop the best possible solutions for our clients, we are able to assist in bringing parties together in order to address clients’ unique needs.
